Services: Primary Eye Care
Dr. Jennifer Williams is currently a clinical assistant professor of optometry for the New England College of Optometry (NECO), and an attending optometrist at NECO Center for Eye Care Roslindale. Dr. Williams assists in the clinical education of second and third year NECO students at the Roslindale clinic.
Dr. Williams graduated from Siena College, Honors Program with a Bachelor of Science in Physics in 2011. She then attended the New England College of Optometry, where she served as student President of the Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (VOSH) organization and went on two international service trips to provide free eye care to rural communities. Dr. Williams graduated in 2015 with a Doctorate in Optometry and Masters in Vision Science from NECO. Following graduation, she completed a residency in ocular disease and primary care with the VA Boston Healthcare System, Brockton Campus.
Dr. Williams’s primary interests include ocular disease, local and international optometric volunteer work, and advanced imaging of the anterior and posterior segment with spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT). Dr. Williams is a member of the American Academy of Optometry and the Massachusetts Society of Optometrists.
