We understand that insurance coverage is an important question when making an appointment. Since every patient’s insurance plan is unique, there is not one answer to the question, “Am I covered?”  We encourage patients to check with their insurance company to find out specific details of their coverage before their appointment. This includes the specific co-payment and the specific services covered by your insurance plan. Additionally, if you have specific questions, please contact one of our offices to speak directly to a staff member.

We verify your insurance coverage prior to the appointment and will let you know if there is an indication of gaps in coverage. While the patient is responsible for understanding insurance coverage, we are happy to assist patients by working with insurance companies.

We also accept personal checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and Flex Spending/Health Savings Account cards when permitted by the employee’s Human Resources benefits.
