Insurance Information

We understand that insurance coverage is an important question when making an appointment. Since every patient’s insurance plan is unique, there is not one answer to the question, “Am I covered?”  We encourage patients to check with their insurance company to find out specific details of their coverage before their appointment. This includes the specific co-payment and the specific services covered by your insurance plan. Additionally, if you have specific questions, please contact one of our offices to speak directly to a staff member.

To prevent lapses in coverage, we verify each patient’s insurance coverage prior to the appointment and contact patients if we recognize any gaps in coverage. While the ultimate responsibility for understanding insurance coverage is the patients, we are happy to assist patients by working with insurance companies. The most accurate coverage information will always come from the source – the insurance company itself.

We also accept personal checks, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) and Flex Spending/Health Savings Account cards when permitted by the employee’s Human Resources benefits.
